2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of, and use of the website aikidomusubi.com (hereinafter, “the Website”), owned by Aikido Musubi (hereinafter, “the Association”). Access to the Website is free of charge and its purpose is to provide information about the aikido activities, classes, schedules and courses offered by the Association.

Browsing the Website confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Website.

3. Conditions of use

The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website and its contents, in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, and generally accepted standards of conduct. In particular, the user undertakes to:

  • Not use the Website for unlawful purposes, or purposes harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, disable or overload the Website.
  • Not introduce or disseminate content that infringes fundamental rights, or that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic, that advocates terrorism, or that is contrary to human rights.
  • Not cause damage to the physical or logical systems of the Association, its suppliers or third parties, nor introduce or spread computer viruses or any other systems capable of causing damage.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All the contents of the Website (texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, logos, trademarks, trade names, graphic design and source code) constitute a work whose ownership belongs to the Association. None of the exploitation rights over them shall be deemed transferred to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Website.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other activity involving the contents of the Website is prohibited, even citing the sources, without the prior, express and written consent of the Association. The “Aikido Musubi” trademark and the logos appearing on the Website are protected by applicable industrial and intellectual property law.

5. Disclaimer of liability

The Association shall in no case be liable for damages of any kind that may arise, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the contents, unavailability of the Website, or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs in the contents, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent this.

The Association reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to the Website, and may change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located.

6. Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social networks such as Facebook, Instagram or YouTube). The Association does not exercise any control over such sites and contents and shall in no case assume any liability for the contents of any link belonging to an external website. The establishment of the link does not in any case imply the existence of any relationship between the Association and the owner of the linked site.

The processing of users’ personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the Association and the user submit to the courts of the user’s domicile where the user is a consumer. In any other case, and unless applicable law provides otherwise, the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain) shall have jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

The Association reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments, as well as to the practices of the Association. In such cases, the changes will be announced on this page with reasonable notice before they take effect.
